The picture above is of some standard commercial pipe rails manufactured and install by Parkway Mfg. Co. at a business site in Virginia Beach, Virginia. All our commercial pipe rails are made to specification. We recommend using 1-1/2" minimum schedule 80 pipe for the posts and 1-1/2" schedule 40 pipe minimum for the rails. We can install the rails when the concrete is poured using PVC inserts or core dill and grout when installing at an existing site.
Our pipe rails can be primed and painted (standard) or galvanized for an extra cost. In a high traffic area we recommend just painting due to frequent damage.
The photo above is of a handicap ramp railing installed at the rear of a movie theater in Virginia Beach. This was required by code for an emergency exit location.
Above is a large double galvanized gate assembly used to secure a building's emergency generator system. Fabricated from A36 Structural Steel, Welded and Hot Dip Galvanized.
This is located in an alley behind a business on Granby Street in Norfolk, Virginia and was installed by the building contractor.
These type of gates are also suited to hide trash collection (dumpster) areas.
