This is our Safety Equipment line. In addition to the below items we also manufacture and install custom protective pipe railings for our business and industrial customers.
The picture is of Safety Curb angles used to protect machinery and pallet racks from damage caused by forklifts in warehouses. The angles pictured made from 6"x 4"x 5/16" A36 grade angle steel. After sawing the angles to length and deburring the cut ends we punched the 3/4" mounting holes the primed and painted the angles with Bennett Paint Industrial enamel in Safety Yellow.
As custom made items the pricing on these is largely determined by the
material cost and also depends on the quantities
and lengths ordered. Installation can be included in our quotation if needed.
We supply these types of items to material handling companies and construction
firms. These particular angles were manufactured for Southern Material Handling
of Portsmouth, Virginia.
The photo above is of a set of finished 4" bollards ready for shipping. These are economical and easy to install. Once set in concrete at the job site they will be filled with concrete.
The photo on the left (above) are a set of four custom bollards made for installation on the Half Moone Cruise and Celebration Center located on Norfolk, Virginia's Waterfront. The new cruise terminal is opposite the Nauticus National Maritime Center.
The above and below photos are of one style of stackable cylinder transport racks we designed and made for a local Chemical Supplier. We designed these with fully enclosed forklift pockets and an easily used safety chain gate. The diamond plate floor minimizes slips when wet.
This is a very basic, simple design that allows cylinders to be transported and stored safely. For special applications we also make these with toe boards and intermediate chain systems. The forklift pockets can be designed to fit almost any size of forks.
