The picture above are of three (out of five) grapple arms we built for a Liebherr Grapple. These were built 100% to Liebherr specifications for a local salvage yard. We also provide new wear surfaces to existing arms as well and bushing replacement and pin location repairs.
Above is a photo of a grapple suspension adapter designed and built by Parkway Mfg. Co. It was made for a salvage yard in Tampa, Florida who wanted to adapt their Young grapple to a Liebherr excavator.
The photo above is of a Liebherr Grapple before rebuild. Unfortunately we did not take a photo of the finished and rebuilt grapple. When we receive a grapple for rebuild is is completely cleaned and evaluated to provide an estimate for repair. Once approved for repair we completely rebuild all mechanical & hydraulic components using OEM parts.
Above is a batch of Liebherr Chain Suspension units made by Parkway Manufacturing under contract for Liebherr-America. Before Liebherr Mining Division occupied the Liebherr-America facility in Newport News, Virginia, Parkway Manufacturing was one of the major subcontractors used by Liebherr to supply excavator components for their spare parts inventory.
